These will be people that are fully knowledgeable about astrology and how it can be of use and benefit in their lives. The ages and sex of client can range.
Concerns to Tackle
  1. These customers will want detailed information on what readings are offered
  2. A secure way to book appointments and secure payments.
  3. Clear and quick access to informational pages, avoiding distractions and giving immediate information.
  4. Being new to this field.
What We Will Do
  1. A page with products that will concisely spell out packages for readings with a detailed description and prices.
  2. A booking or scheduling portal that will also accept payments.
  3. Easy navigation that goes direct to pages and information that the savvy astrology client is seeking.
  4. Making certain that what is offered is correct in detail and appropriately priced to the market.
Random Drop-In Wanderers:

This group is the random drop-in person that happens across the website but doesn't know what they are looking for in regards to astrology and how it can impact their daily life, romantic involvements or career path. They will largely come unprepared and will be looking for generic horoscopes.
Concerns to Tackle
  1. A need for daily or weekly horoscopes.
  2. A method to contact with questions regarding astrology's impact.
  3. How to keep this wanderer engaged and following through with a potential booking.
What We Will Do
  1. An easy to update blog space linked to the site allowing for updated content for the curious.
  2. A general contact form with a 2 day response window to avoid a need to be tied to a web portal and answering emails constantly.
  3. Engaging informational pages that are not overwhelming for the newbie to consumer, giving enough information to engage and encourage bookings.
Expanding Audience to LGBTQIA Clients:

Meredith would like to explore her ability to connect with the LGBTQ market and gain a solid footing with this group.
Concerns to Tackle
  1. This will be a tech savvy group and will expect an easy to navigate site that can be viewed on all devices.
  2. Displaing this is a safe-space for this audience.
What We Will Do
  1. Easy navigation - home page links that are image buttons that will gain immediate attention. Easy drop down and responsive navigation that will view on all devices.
  2. Making sure content is gender neutral and shows that the readings provided are done with a safe space in mind first and foremost.
